Common Name: Lucerne Leafhopper 

Subfamily/Tribe: Typhlocybinae: Empoascini

Distribution: Qld, NSW

Economic Status: Found on lucerne, although not reported as causing economic loss. Has also been reported on genetically modified cotton.

Notes: It is very difficult to differentiate this species from other species of Austroasca found in Australia except by examination of the male genitalia.
