Dacus absonifacies (May)

Common Name: None

Diagnosis: Abdominal tergites fused. Abdomen shape petiolate. Anterior supra-alar bristles present. Prescutellar bristles absent. Anterior notopleural bristle absent. Number of scutellar bristles 2. Combined lengths of all antennal segments GT vertical len head. Medial post sutural vittae absent. Wing markings costal band & anal streak only. Costal cells cloudy. Hind femur base pale remainder reddish/brown. Postpronotal calli red brown or dark brown to fuscous.  

Attractant:  Cue lure  

Larval Hosts: Marsdenia sp. (non economic).  

Economic status: Nil
