Species of tube spittlebugs (Machaerotidae) known to occur in eastern Indonesia, and New Guinea

The western part of the island of New Guinea is called Indonesia (W. Papua) while the eastern part is given the abbreviation PNG (= Papua New Guinea). Where the origin of the species is unclear, "New Guinea" is used.
