Genus Ficarasa Walker

Genus Ficarasa Walker 1857: 162
Type species: Ficarasa pallida Walker 1857: 162, by monotypy

Known species: Two species are described in Ficarasa, one in Sarawak and NT and the other in the eastern islands of Indonesia, including New Guinea.

Comments: This genus is unknown to the author of these pages but Fennah (1956) indicates that it can be distinguished from Peltodictya by the number of crossveins in the costal area, by the closer distance between the apical margin and the first preapical line, compared to that between the two preapical lines, and by the position of the fork of Sc+R (distad of the union of the claval veins in Ficarasa but basad in Peltodictya).
