Known species:Ezrana contains two species, the type (from India) and E. primitiva Evans (1969a) from Queensland and New South Wales.
Comments: E. primitiva is similar to many other Australian Ledrini but can be distinguished by the shape of the crown, which extends considerably forward before narrowing to the apex, the pronotum, which is raised posteriorly but not crested, and the scutellum which is not raised posteriorly as in other genera. In addition, the margins of the clavus are thickened and raised for a short distance immediately posterior to the apex of the scutellum.
