Subfamily Deltocephalinae: Tribe Vartini

This tribe was established by Zahniser & Dietrich (2013) for seven genera found mainly across the Afrotropical, Palaearctic and Oriental regions. The tribe is represented in the Australian fauna by a single species described by Viraktamath (2004) from Qld and PNG. [update: 22.xii.2005; 4.vii.2013].
