Genus Eurypella Evans 1966: 58. Type species: Bakeriola tasmaniensis Evans, by original designation

Known species: Only the type species, distributed in Tasmania and Victoria, is known

Comments: This species is brown and mottled rather than black with pale fascia. This colouring is more similar to species of Ipoini than Eurymelini but the male genitalia, in which the subgenital plates bear ventral accessory styles, clearly places it in the Eurymelini.
