Genus Relipo Evans
Genus Relipo Evans 1977: 88. Type species: Relipo oenpellensis Evans, by original designation
Known species: Only the type species, from NT, is known
Comments: This genus, like Stenipo and Ipolo may be better consumed by Ipoides because of the close similarity in external morphology between the species in these genera. However, the male genitalia show some divergence with Ipoides and Ipolo being more similar to each other than species of Stenipo or Relipo are to these genera and to each other. R. oenpellensis has a simple tubular aedeagus. Little is known of the biology of this species and whether further species may exist either in Australia or in PNG.
